In this role, you'll:

• You will support the development and delivery of communications, and key messaging materials for internal and external audiences.
• You will create and manage communication content across multiple channels, including newsletters, emails, presentations, reports, videos, and other engagement resources.
• You will develop and manage strategic partnerships, acting as the primary relationship lead for key stakeholders and partner organisations.
• You will foster strong, collaborative relationships, identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, and work closely with leaders and partners to deliver shared objectives and maximise partnership value.
• You will lead partnership governance activities, coordinating meetings, facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and ensuring agreed actions are progressed.
• You will monitor, evaluate, and report on engagement outcomes from our key partnerships, using insights and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in communication activities, systems, and processes.

About you

• You have demonstrated experience developing engaging communication content and managing stakeholder relationships to support collaboration, alignment, and successful partnership outcomes.
• Your skills include creating clear, audience-focused communications within customer-centric environments.
• You can navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced and changing environments.
• You bring relevant qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or equivalent professional experience, supported by strong communication and stakeholder engagement expertise.
