Speech Pathologist

Focus For Life is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our vibrant and supportive multidisciplinary team in Belmore, Sydney.

We’re open to clinicians at different stages of their career, from new graduates and early-career Speech Pathologists through to experienced clinicians.

You’ll primarily work with a paediatric caseload, providing assessment and evidence-based therapy to children with a range of speech, language and communication needs.

Part-time or full-time opportunities are available, with flexibility around your days and hours.

We want our clinicians to feel supported, enjoy coming to work and have the opportunity to develop their skills and career.

• $80,000–$100,000 + super (FTE), depending on experience

• Conduct speech, language and communication assessments

• Deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy to paediatric clients

• Develop therapy plans and goals in collaboration with children and their families

• Complete clinical documentation, reports and correspondence

• Liaise with parents, carers, educators, GPs and other health professionals

• Collaborate with our broader multidisciplinary allied health team

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, motivated and passionate about helping children and families.

You will have:

• A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology

• Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership

• Current Working With Children Check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A collaborative approach to working within a team

• A genuine interest in paediatric Speech Pathology
