About the role
Enlarge Support Solutions is seeking a Roster Coordinator based at our Speers Point Office to support the planning and coordination of our staff rosters, ensuring every shift is filled by the right person, at the right time, for the right reasons.
This role suits someone who is highly motivated, takes pride in accuracy, thinks several steps ahead, and can turn a demanding, fast-moving day into a well-organised one.
About Enlarge Support Solutions
Enlarge Support Solutions takes a considered, forward-thinking approach to disability support. Our practice is strengths-based and person-centred, ensuring every individual we support is seen, heard and respected as the expert in their own life.
We believe in building capacity — working alongside people with disability, not on their behalf — to help them develop the skills, confidence and independence to live life on their own terms.
We are guided by:
• Choice and control
• Inclusion and participation
• Opportunity and acceptance within the community
Our culture is built on professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement. Joining Enlarge means joining a team that holds itself to a high standard — for the people we support, and for one another.
About the Role
As Roster Coordinator, you will be central to the smooth operation of our service delivery — building and maintaining staff rosters, managing changes as they arise, and ensuring the right staff are matched to the right shifts based on skills, availability and participant need. You will work closely with Managers and Support Workers to keep rosters accurate, compliant and running efficiently across all services.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain staff rosters across multiple service locations
• Match shifts to participant needs and staff availability, qualifications and competencies
• Monitor staff availability, leave and roster changes
• Fill vacant shifts and manage last-minute cancellations and replacements
• Communicate roster changes clearly and promptly to staff and management
• Roster staff in line with their qualifications, competencies and employment conditions
• Maintain accurate records and keep rostering systems up to date
• Identify potential staffing gaps early and escalate concerns to management
• Maintain confidentiality and handle staff information with professionalism
• Participate in a rotating on call-After Hours roster
About You
You bring a balance of interpersonal skill and technical precision:
• Excellent customer management skills — building trust and rapport with staff and stakeholders, including under pressure
• Strong communication skills — clear, timely and professional across phone, email and in person
• Sound problem-solving ability — identifying issues early and resolving them efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply the SCHADS Award to day-to-day rostering decisions
• Proven rostering experience across multiple services
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to open communication
• A genuine respect for diversity and inclusion
• A professional and ethical approach to your work
• The ability to build positive, respectful working relationships at all levels
You are motivated by seeing others succeed, and you take genuine satisfaction in supporting people with disability to achieve their goals, build independence and live fulfilling lives.
Essential Requirements (NDIS Mandatory Checks)
You must have, or be willing to obtain prior to commencing employment:
• Full working rights within Australia
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current Driver's Licence
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: "Quality, Safety and You"
How to Apply
If you are ready to bring your rostering expertise to an organisation that genuinely values its people, we would welcome your application.
