About the role
Key responsibilities will include:
Place Purchase orders based on requisitions
Data entry into the company ERP system
Manage invoice approval system internally to the business
Track orders and provide updates to the team
Review invoices against purchase orders in the ERP system
Contribute to annual stocktake and manage regular stocktake procedures
Assist procurement manager in forecasting supply chain requirements and collaborate to ensure requirements are met
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
Experience working within the fast moving consumer goods industry (min 1 year)
Experience operationally working in a factory environment
Sound problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Relevant tertiary or secondary qualification
Experience using an ERP system or relevant accounting system
