Crushing Operator Maintainer

As the Crushing Plant Operator/Maintainer, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the crushing circuit while supporting plant performance, reliability and production targets. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong fixed plant experience who thrives in a fast-paced mining environment.

Roster: 2:1 (Residential, or FIFO ex. Perth)

Location: NGF, Binduli Operations (Goldfields, WA)

What you’ll be doing:

• Operate and monitor crushing and screening plant equipment to achieve production targets

• Perform plant start-ups, shutdowns, isolations and fault finding activities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and component change-outs

• Monitor plant performance including conveyors, crushers, screens and throughput rates

• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records and complete shift handovers

• Support housekeeping, safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives

What you will need:

• Mechanical trade qualification (required)

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a mining or mobile crushing environment

• Current WA Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)

• Previous experience operating and maintaining crushing/screening plants

• Strong understanding of crushing circuits, conveyors and material flow systems

• Ability to troubleshoot plant issues and work safely under pressure

• Working at Heights, Confined Space, Loader and Excavator tickets (highly desirable)
