Aboriginal Health Worker: $67,612.00 - $97,730.00 per annum

This is a position identified for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people on the basis of a genuine occupational qualification under section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977. This pivotal role functions as a multi-disciplinary team member to provide flexible, holistic and culturally appropriate health care services, including direct clinical care once registered, to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people and their families presenting to Health Services in the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District.
In this role, you will also be an advocate for our Aboriginal patients and their families in terms of the provision of culturally appropriate healthcare. Please note that this role may require weekend or afternoon shifts.
