About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our team.  The position is full-time Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm, however, we are open to discuss these arrangements.

Your responsibilities will include:

·       Take delivery of goods and keep accurate records

·       Unpacking / checking deliveries

·       Provide signed delivery dockets to the Site Manager for receipt in ERP system

·       Loading and unloading of trucks / Unloading containers

·       Move goods onto storage shelves or racks safely and efficiently

·       Plan and maintain efficient stock layouts with the Site Manager

·       Inventory management including cycle counts and participate in stocktakes as required

·       Pick, pack and send out completed orders to customers

·       Meet the pick and pack accuracy goals as set by Site Manager

·       Book and manage delivery bookings with 3rd party couriers

·       Delivery of customer orders to site in Trafalgar vehicles if required

·       Update computer records once orders shipped

·       Good housekeeping practices

·       Greet and serve customers and couriers in a friendly manner

·       Ad-hoc duties as required

·       Follow the company’s Workplace Health and Safety and Quality policies and procedures, and be proactive in ensuring a safe and healthy worksite for yourself and others

About you:

We are looking for an individual who can bring the following skillset to Trafalgar:

·       Ability to work unsupervised

·       High attention to detail and an ability to multi-task

·       Forklift licence is desirable (can assist to obtain)

·       Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

·       Desire to learn about the product range (on-the-job training provided)

·       Sound computer skills & MS Office desirable

·       A friendly can-do attitude
