About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our team on a casual , part-tiem or full-time basis. This role requires prior front office experience and involves not only guest services but also assisting with our breakfast buffet and evening wine bar service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and high-level service to all guests

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism

• Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and local recommendations

• Manage phone calls, emails, and booking systems efficiently

• Assist with the breakfast buffet, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests

• Help with the evening wine bar service, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere

• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism at all times

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a Guest Service Agent (GSA) in a hotel is essential

• Minimum 2 years of Guest Service Agent experience is required

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in food & beverage service is desirable but not essential

• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office

• A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence

• Australian work rights are required for this position
