Operations Coordinator

PetraClean is an established and growing commercial cleaning business based in Perth, with a proud history spanning more than six decades. We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to help keep our sites running to standard by coordinating quality inspections, following up on issues and staying on top of the records and compliance that keep everything on track.

It's a busy role with real ownership of your own patch. You'll report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the wider team and customers. As we grow, there's room to move up; we promote from within where we can, and this can lead to more senior operational roles for the right person.

This role combines detail, administration and day-to-day coordination, including records, systems and follow-up. It would suit someone who enjoys staying organised, taking initiative and seeing tasks through.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, from our Bibra Lake office.

What you'll do

• Run the site inspection cycle, making sure inspections happen, reports are clear and complete, and issues are followed through until the required standard is met.

• Follow up with cleaning teams and supervisors, providing clear feedback and support until required actions are completed.

• Maintain inspection, complaint and corrective-action records in HubSpot, and follow up outstanding actions.

• Respond to customer requests for safety documentation, policies, procedures and compliance records, and manage site-compliance requirements including inductions and required submissions.

• Work with employees and internal teams to gather the information needed, making sure customer requirements are met accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with cleaners, supervisors, customers and internal teams to keep service delivery moving, and keep operational records and systems up to date.

• Work with the wider office team and pitch in on other tasks when needed to keep things running.

• You've got good attention to detail and notice when something's incomplete or off.

• You communicate clearly by phone, email and in person.

• You're confident with computer systems and quick to learn new ones.

• You can work independently and want more responsibility over time.

Experience in commercial cleaning isn't essential, and there’s no expectation that you’ve done exactly this role before. Reliability, organisation and willingness to take responsibility matter more.
