Area Operations & Local Area Marketing Manager

About the role

An experienced Area Operations & Local Area Marketing Manager role to oversee and grow a portfolio of LeWrap stores across Sydney. This role is for someone who can do more than manage operations. You must have proven Local Area Marketing (LAM) experience and demonstrated success growing store sales through local partnerships, activations and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support Store Managers across multiple locations

• Drive store sales, profitability and operational performance

• Monitor labour, COGS, wastage and key store KPIs

• Manage recruitment, interviewing and staffing requirements across the group

• Develop Store Managers, 2ICs and future leaders

• Develop and execute a LAM strategy for each store

• Build partnerships with local businesses, gyms, schools, sporting clubs and community groups

• Grow catering, corporate and local sales opportunities

• Coordinate local promotions, events and activations

• Track and report on sales results generated from LAM activity

About you

• Proven LAM experience within QSR, hospitality or food retail is essential

• Demonstrated experience growing store sales through Local Area Marketing

• Multi-site or senior store management experience

• Strong recruitment and people-development experience

• Commercial understanding of sales, labour, COGS and profitability

• Confident relationship builder who can create opportunities outside the four walls of the store

• Highly organised, proactive and accountable
