Good Shepherd Lutheran College is seeking a dynamic and skilled Systems Administrator to join our dedicated ICT team. This full-time role is integral to enhancing our College's technological capabilities, providing essential support to both educational and administrative functions. What you will do:

• Serve as the College's operational systems administration and maintenance specialist across our server, cloud and identity platforms, ensuring they remain secure, current, available, and correctly configured.

• Provide advanced technical support across the College's server, network, identity and security environments, resolving complex issues escalated from the helpdesk.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all technical activities, ensuring compliance and facilitating continuous improvement.

You will bring:

• Advanced knowledge of enterprise server administration, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and related services.

• Experience administering Microsoft Azure and Entra ID in a hybrid environment, including directory synchronisation, multi-factor authentication, and Conditional Access.

• A disciplined approach to patch management and software deployment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Good Shepherd is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Lutheran College that serves the families of the breathtakingly beautiful Noosa district on the Sunshine Coast.  Centrally located 130kms from the Brisbane CBD, Good Shepherd Lutheran College is situated on a 9.5 hectare campus. The College has a total enrolment of approximately 1130 students.  Our College is part of the ministry of The Lutheran Church in Queensland and has strong ties to the Noosa Lutheran Parish.  Good Shepherd has built a recognised record of both academic success and Christian care.
