Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager

Are you a high-performing automotive sales professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Osborne Park City is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager to help lead our successful sales team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.  

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing dealership representing two new and exciting brands and play a key role in achieving sales success while developing your leadership skills.

Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the sales department, mentor and coach the sales team, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service throughout their buying journey.

• Assist in leading and motivating the New Vehicle Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Support the recruitment, training, coaching, and development of sales staff.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in implementing strategies to drive results.
• Assist with stock management and vehicle merchandising.
• Support F&I and aftersales opportunities to maximise dealership performance.
• Ensure compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standards.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating strong sales and customer service practices.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience within automotive sales (desirable).
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A professional, positive, and results-focused attitude.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
