Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on the road and on-site role for a highly motivated outbound, proactive Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities also include understanding client needs and collaborating with internal teams to tailor Fleetware’s solutions to meet industry-specific requirements. The role will involve consistent proactive new business activities and outbound prospecting.
Skills RequiredStrong skills in Business Development, Sales, and NegotiationExpertise in Market Research and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systemsExcellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skillsStrategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilitiesOutbound proactive sales activity.Proficiency with software tools and technology solutions relevant to fleet management industriesProven ability to meet and exceed business growth targetsExperience in fleet management, logistics or related industries is a strong advantage
