About the Role

We’re looking for two Client Administration Officers to support our offices in Echuca and Shepparton.

Each is a hands-on reception and administration role. You’ll greet clients, answer calls, help with appointments, scan and file documents, update records and support the team with everyday office tasks.

Working Hours

• Echuca: Monday to Friday, 25h/week 10:00am to 3:00pm.
• Shepparton: Tuesday to Friday, however exact days and hours may be negotiated with successful applicant.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional way.
• Answer calls, take messages and direct enquiries.
• Call clients to confirm appointments or follow-up information.
• Scan, file and organise client documents.
• Update records, complete data entry and assist with general office administration.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, reliable and professional.
• Confident speaking with clients in person and over the phone.
• Organised and accurate with paperwork and computer tasks.
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and learning database systems.
• Respectful of client confidentiality and happy to help as part of a small local team.

Experience in reception, administration, customer service, banking, healthcare, education, hospitality or another people-focused role would be helpful.
