About the role:

• Complex estate, succession and wills planning.
• Advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners and family groups on wealth preservation, business succession and continuity.
• Family governance, family constitutions and the structuring and restructuring of family groups.
• Trusts and trustee advice, superannuation and SMSFs.
• Asset protection, intergenerational wealth transfer and private wealth structures.
• Advising on philanthropic structures and working closely with family offices, accountants and financial advisers.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate or Special Counsel with 6+ years PQE.
• Strong experience in wills, estates and succession planning.
• Excellent technical legal skills supported by strong academic records.
• Experience working with sophisticated private clients, family offices, accountants and financial advisers.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Commercial, proactive and confident managing matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team.
