Role Description This part-time HR Manager role is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, including managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding new team members, and maintaining HR documentation. The role involves advising on HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and handling employee relations matters such as conflict resolution and engagement initiatives. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal guidelines, contribute to HR process improvements, and provide guidance to staff on HR-related questions.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience overseeing core HR functions.Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and supporting development plans.Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, including development, implementation, and compliance with legal requirements.Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.Experience in a small business or consumer services setting is beneficial.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics.
