What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting, with training and support provided where required.
• Learn and understand the operation of laminating and screen-based equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment.
• Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Continue developing your skills through hands-on training and ongoing learning opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Previous machine operating experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and mechanical aptitude that will support your success in the role.

Pay Rate

• Junior Machine Operator: $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience and aptitude.
• Mature Machine Operator: $28–$35 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and capability.
