Refrigeration Service Mechanic

Coldline Refrigeration is on the hunt for a solid Fridgey to join our crew in Seven Hills.

We've been in the game for 28 years and have built a strong name across Sydney for quality work and looking after our customers properly. We've also built a great team culture — no egos, no nonsense, just good people who take pride in what they do and back each other up.

We specialise in commercial refrigeration service, installs and maintenance. Plenty of variety, good clients, and steady work.

• Trade-qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (around 5+ years post-apprenticeship)

• ARCtick License and Refrigeration Mechanic Trade Certificate essential

• Strong fault-finding skills on commercial systems

• 3-5 years of commercial refrigeration experience required

• Someone reliable with a good attitude

• Good with customers — can communicate clearly and professionally

• Takes pride in their work and works well in a team

• Company vehicle

• Current Australian driver's licence is required for company vehicle use

• Uniforms and phone

• Ongoing training and support

• Supportive team environment

• Real opportunity to grow within the business

• Participation in the after-hours roster
