About the Role

We are seeking a Store Business Manager to lead our Myer Canberra team in a Part-Time capacity. Reporting into the Regional Retail Manager, you will lead by example as the ultimate Brand Ambassador, driving commercial results while motivating and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience

• Drive sales performance, achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales reporting, stock management and visual merchandising

• Deliver in-store product training and execute new product launches and promotional activity

• Act as a positive role model, embodying Benefit’s brand values and service standards

• Available to work key trading periods, including weekends and late-night trade.
  

About You

• A confident, energetic leader who thrives in a customer-focused retail environment

• Passionate about beauty, services and team development

• Proven experience in driving sales performance and managing KPIs

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Approachable, inclusive, and not afraid to think outside the box

• Holds Beauty Therapy qualifications

• Willing to undertake waxing training
