We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to join our Clinical Governance team. This role would suit an experienced Registered Nurse, Clinical Care Manager, or senior clinician who enjoys supporting others, improving practice, and leading positive change. This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your impact beyond direct resident care and play a key role in supporting clinical excellence across James Milson Village. The role focuses on developing staff capability, supporting quality improvement initiatives, mentoring teams, and helping drive positive change across the organisation.

As our Clinical Nurse Educator, you will have the opportunity to:

• Influence how care is delivered across JMV
• Share your clinical knowledge and expertise with others
• Mentor and support nurses and care employees to succeed
• Lead initiatives that improve resident outcomes and quality of care
• Work closely with senior clinical leaders on strategic projects
• Build your leadership and professional development skills

Experience in education is desirable, but we encourage applications from strong clinicians who are interested in developing their skills in leadership, mentoring, and workforce development.
