Concrete Batcher

Due to customer demand and production growth we are now a Batcher at our Slacks Creek production plant! You will be involved in the day to day operations of our concrete plant.

About The Role

Competitive hourly rate plus OT (when available)Working Monday to Friday (plus some Saturdays)Oversee and lead the operation of a variety of machinery, both manual and automatedDeliver amazing customer service, handling queries and placing/following up ordersCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders in a range of waysWork to minimise downtime, optimise performance whilst maintaining a high safety standard

About You

Current Class C Drivers License (essential), Loader or HR desired but not essentialExperienced communicator – able to move across different mediums and styles with easeMechanically minded – keen eye for how things work and an interest in troubleshooting problemsBorn multi-tasker – this is a fast paced ever changing workplace and you’ll need the thrive as part of a team as well as alone, able to handle conflicting prioritiesSkilled at Safety – a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, leading the wayMust be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checksDrug & AlcoholMedicalPolice Check
