BD & Marketing Executive

The Opportunity

As McInnes Wilson continues to strengthen its market position and brand presence nationally, we are seeking a commercially minded marketing professional to join our Marketing & Business Development team in Brisbane.

This is an opportunity to work within a team of BD & Marketing professionals partnering with senior stakeholders across the firm, driving initiatives that enhance the client experience, strengthen market visibility, support business growth and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Working across a portfolio of Sectors and Services, you will collaborate with leaders to understand their objectives, identify opportunities and deliver strategic marketing and business development projects aligned to the firm’s broader goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to develop and deliver marketing and business development initiatives.
• Leading and supporting strategic projects that strengthen brand awareness, client engagement and market position.
• Responding to and driving tenders and capability statements within your portfolio.
• Providing advice and delivering marketing opportunities, campaigns, events and communications.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to execute initiatives from concept through to delivery.
• Using data and insights to inform decision-making and measure effectiveness.
• Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the McInnes Wilson brand and client experience.

You are a proactive and relationship-focused marketing professional who thrives on collaboration and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver results.

What you will bring:

• Experience in a marketing, communications, business development or related role, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A commercially focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach, coupled with initiative and accountability.
