Enrolled Nurse IV Qualified General Medicine and Rehabilitation

An exciting opportunity exists for an Enrolled Nurses (IV Qualified) to join our General Medicine and Rehabilitation team at Hollywood Private Hospital. Permanent Fulltime opportunity.         

We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic General Medical and Rehabilitation team, and provide high-quality care to support to patients. You will manage a diverse patient load.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and assess patients' mental and physical health status.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Support patients through therapeutic engagement and recovery-focused interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with relevant policies and procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and respond appropriately to clinical risks or incidents.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring a positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for sub-acute and restorative care.

• Registered with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
• Enrolled Nurses will be IV Qualified
• Min 12 months experience working in General Medical and Rehabilitation
• Ability to use initiative, self-motivation, work as a team member with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of and participation in Quality Improvement process
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge, consistent with contemporary practice
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to mental health services

Remuneration

A competitive salary: A base hourly rate of $36.67 - $39.39+ superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (WA EN Years 1-4+*)
