The Opportunity

As the custodian of the customer experience, you'll:

• Hyrbid role based out of Head Office in Potts Point NSW.

• Be the go-to person for all lending inquiries.

• Analyse the unique needs of new customers.

• Identify and secure the optimal mortgage solutions.

• Skillfully manage loan documentation.

• Provide proactive support throughout the loan process.

• Navigate loans from submission to settlement, liaising with all necessary parties.

• Maintain post-settlement relationships, helping clients prepare for their next investment.

About You

We're seeking a standout candidate to join our growing team. If you meet the following criteria, we can't wait to meet you:

• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, accompanied by 2-3 years of experience.

• A deep understanding of the investment loan process, gained from previous roles as a loans writer or loans specialist. (Experience with Connective is a bonus!)

• You’ve had experience with various property investment loan structures, including defence, full doc, low doc, construction loans and residential investment loans.

• A proactive self-starter and team player, aligned with our values of trust, leadership, and support.

• A strong work ethic, with a knack for exploring unconventional solutions.

• Driven, motivated, and a master of getting things done.

• Outstanding customer relationship management skills, driven by a passion for elevating the customer experience.

• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented, with top-notch communication skills.

• Proficiency with lending technology platforms and web applications like Mercury.
