Are you looking for an exciting new career opportunity at an established, busy and dynamic physiotherapy clinic? We are looking for our next physiotherapist to join us in a dual role across Fairfield Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Centre and Motion Health, Toorak.

About us….

We have two clinics across Fairfield and Toorak. Fairfield Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Centre and Motion Health are both longstanding and highly respected physiotherapy clinics that have proudly contributed to their respective communities for over 20 years. We offer our valued clientele excellent physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates/Strength services in a welcoming, professional and enjoyable environment. We are very close to opening a Clinical Pilates and Strength space in Fairfield which will be an exciting opportunity to be a part of.

We have a proven ability to consistently achieve excellent results for our clientele, as well as providing an environment and culture that is fun, dynamic, and energetic. Both clinics are strongly engaged in their local communities.

Requirements:

-       A minimum of 4 years experience in managing a busy private practice caseload and teaching Clinical Pilates classes is preferred.

-       An ongoing commitment and deep interest in learning.

-       Positive, caring and friendly personality.

-       Someone who not only possesses excellent clinical reasoning and physiotherapy skills, but more importantly has a strong and natural ability to connect with their clients.

-       Someone who is proactive and takes initiative.

-       Enjoys being part of and contributing to a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

The position:

-       Full time across both clinics (we have some flexibility here for the right candidate).

-       Requires excellent clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills, along with a strong manual therapy and exercise rehab skillset.

-       Flexibility with hours and annual leave to enhance your work-life balance.

-       Rotating Saturday morning shift, working every second Saturday (we offer flexibility here with shift swaps etc).

-       Structured professional development sessions (group and mentoring as needed), with access to highly experienced and senior physiotherapists.
