• Alegre Bar & Dining

• AORI Restaurant

• Callao Barangaroo

Location: King Street Warf & Barangaroo, Sydney.
Position: Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Roles Available

About the Role:

As an experienced waiter, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our loyal and diverse clientele. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take initiative, and bring positive energy to every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests and deliver professional, friendly service

• Take detailed food and beverage orders with confidence

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals and drinks

• Manage multiple tables and maintain a clean, efficient section

• Work closely with floor, bar, and kitchen teams for smooth service

• Handle customer feedback with maturity and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a busy restaurant or café

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure

• Great attitude and a team-player mindset

• Valid RSA certificate

• Knowledge of POS systems and table service standards (a plus)
