About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Inbound & Inventory Supervisor to join our growing Warehouse & Logistics team.

This role is responsible for leading inbound warehouse operations while ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence across our warehouse systems. You’ll oversee receipting, put-away, replenishment, stock movements, returns, and inventory control while supporting a safe, high-performing warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound warehouse operations including receipting, put-away, replenishment, and stock movements
• Maintain accurate inventory records across Shiphero and NetSuite
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and stock variances
• Coordinate stock replenishment, transfers, and inventory movements
• Oversee returns and reverse logistics processes
• Support cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, WHS standards, and operational procedures
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
• Leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse environment
• Experience using warehouse systems such as Shiphero, NetSuite, Shopify, or similar WMS/ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition is highly regarded

Qualifications & Licences

• Full Australian working rights
• Current Forklift Licence
• WHS qualification, First Aid, or Scissor Lift Licence highly regarded
