You walk into homes where someone already wants what you are selling, and your entire job is to assess the space, design the right system, and close it properly.

•      Design ducted, multi-head and split system solutions for each property

•      Prepare and present clear, professional quotes

•      Manage your daily appointment schedule

•      Hand over cleanly to the installation teams

•      Residential HVAC background — installation, service or sales

•      Confidence selling in-home to homeowners

•      Strong communication and presentation skills

•      Current Australian driver's licence (essential)

•      Self-motivated, professional, performance-driven

Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is highly regarded but not essential if you have the sales track record.

•      Base salary + super, plus uncapped monthly commission

•      Strong performers regularly earn $10,000+ per month in commission
