About the Roles

The Boathouse Balmoral has recently set out on an exciting new chapter in its history. We are looking for casual Baristas to join us and provide exceptional service to our guests with a focus on delivering quality coffee. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring service of coffee and other beverages are at a high standard; including pouring and presentation; 

• Ensuring area and equipment is clean, presentable and maintained according to company standards. Picking up glasses and clearing equipment efficiently;

• Cash handling and effective operation of tills and POS ensuring all orders are entered correctly;

• Perform duties required of FOH staff as required.

About You

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have experience working in a similar specialty coffee role and high volume environment and also: 

• Hold a valid RSA (18+);

• Have a confident and can do attitude;

• Be friendly, approachable and genuine;

• Have a passion for hospitality and guest service;

• Be a team player with a collaborative working style
