We are seeking a motivated Landscape Construction Apprentice to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, complete a nationally recognised landscaping qualification, and build a long-term career in landscape construction.

About The Role

Working alongside experienced landscapers and tradespeople, you will be involved in a variety of commercial landscape construction projects in Western Sydney and Sydney metro. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and learning practical construction skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with landscape construction including paving, retaining walls, decking, fencing, turfing and plantingGeneral labouring and site preparationUse of hand tools, power tools and machinery (training provided)Reading plans and following job specificationsMaintaining a safe and clean work siteWorking as part of a team to deliver high-quality landscaping projects

Skills & Requirements

Strong interest in landscaping, construction or a building tradePositive attitude and willingness to learnReliable, punctual and physically fitComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsWhite Card (or willingness to obtain)Driver’s licence preferred (or working towards)No previous experience required — ideal for school leavers, juniors or career starters
