AAMG - Autonomy & Asset Management Group is currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our team at Saraji Mine.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters with ancillary equipment experience looking for long-term work on a consistent 7/7 day/night shift roster.

About the Role
As a Heavy Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and repairs of ancillary mining equipment at Saraji Mine.

Key responsibilities include:

• Routine servicing and preventative maintenance
• Breakdown repairs and fault finding
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment faults
• Completing repairs and maintenance on ancillary equipment
• Participating in toolbox and safety meetings
• Completing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessments and JSAs
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate
• Demonstrated experience working on ancillary mining equipment
• Previous heavy mobile plant experience
• Current Driver Licence
• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Commitment to safe and productive work practices
• Ability to work effectively within a team
