About the Role

We are looking for casual Personal Care Assistants to join the team at Wellington Views in Old Beach. This role supports residents with personal care, daily living needs and meaningful day-to-day support in a caring aged care environment.

You will work as part of a supportive care team, providing assistance under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.

• Relevant Certificate III qualification.
• Genuine interest in working in aged care.
• Well-developed customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility for shift work.
• Current National Police Certificate.
