The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading from the front—managing daily sales activity, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent delivery of results through direct, face-to-face sales campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a direct sales team
• Driving daily and weekly sales performance targets
• Conducting face-to-face sales presentations
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
• Overseeing training of new staff
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing performance strategies
• Maintaining strong client relationships and brand standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience as a sales manager
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven experience in direct sales or face-to-face sales environments
