About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of customer orders and projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate communication between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and issues are resolved quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales handovers and project schedules.

• Communicate project updates, approvals, and changes with customers.

• Manage supply issues and assist with sourcing alternative solutions.

• Monitor delivery timelines and identify potential risks.

• Support production planning and operational activities.

• Assist with process improvement initiatives.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
