Service Manager

Swimart Doncaster | Full-Time | $80,000 - $85,000 + Commission + Bonus + Super

Lead a skilled team, run a busy service department, and put your pool industry experience to work with an established local business — Swimart Doncaster, trading for over 40 years.

We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service technicians and retail team. You'll coordinate service scheduling, drive store performance, and keep our customers coming back for outstanding pool and spa care. This is a hands-on leadership role covering service coordination, customer service, team management, store operations, and sales.

• Schedule and coordinate pool service jobs, and manage the service technician team

• Lead, train, and roster retail and service staff to maintain high standards

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including stock control, POS, and presentation

• Drive retail and service sales to help the team hit KPIs and targets

• Deliver excellent customer service, including pool/spa water testing and chemical advice

• 2+ years' experience in the pool industry (required)

• Proven leadership or team management experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confidence managing scheduling, stock, and daily store operations

• Comfortable using POS systems, email, and everyday workplace tech

• $85,000 base + commission + superannuation

• 40+ years of trading history and job security in an established local business
