What you'll be doing:
As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be right in the heart of the action:

• Supporting the Venue Manager in leading daily operations
• Coaching, developing, and motivating a brand new team
• Delivering Yo-Chi’s renowned guest experience
• Managing rostering, KPIs, labour, and venue performance
• Creating a positive, high energy culture from day one
• Driving operational excellence and venue standards

• Leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded)
• A passion for building team culture and developing people
