As Australia’s largest manufacturer of automotive wiring harnesses and looms, we operate from our manufacturing facility in Brendale and are currently expanding our contract manufacturing operations into Fiji. Our manufacturing division supports prominent national and global brands, delivering high-quality solutions across a range of industries.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded leader to join our Executive Management Team and play a key role in the strategic and operational success of our diverse group of businesses.

This is a hands-on executive leadership role for someone who can see the bigger picture while remaining close enough to the operations to make things happen. You will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence, strengthen accountability, develop our people, and contribute directly to the continued growth and profitability of the Group.

Working closely with the Executive Team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and Innovate: Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and performance across the Group.

• Oversee Critical Functions: Provide leadership and oversight across finance, purchasing, HR, and day-to-day operations, ensuring strong integration and performance across businesses and locations.

• Drive Commercial Performance: Take accountability for Group performance and profitability, identifying and facilitating new opportunities that support sustainable growth.

• Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with frontline teams, managers, and the Executive Team to ensure alignment with Group objectives, priorities, and values.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Establish, implement, and refine systems, processes, and procedures that strengthen accountability, efficiency, and performance.

• Deliver on Commitments: Maintain strong discipline around project milestones, budgets, and outcomes, empowering teams while leading by example.

• Support International Operations: Be willing to travel and work internationally, particularly in Fiji, as required. This may include assignments of approximately two to three weeks per quarter.

This role requires a leader who can comfortably balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, diverse, and entrepreneurial environment.

• Qualified: Degree qualified, ideally in business, commerce, finance, engineering, operations, or a related discipline.

• Experienced: An accomplished leader with extensive management experience and a demonstrated record of delivering successful commercial and operational outcomes.

• Commercially Minded: Able to understand the drivers of profitability, identify opportunities, manage costs, and make sound commercial decisions.
