$80,000 p.a. plus superannuation plus monthly incentives up to $5,000 p.a.

About the Role

DSE Transport is seeking a motivated and organised Operations Coordinator to join our team based at our Campbellfield office and warehouse. This role supports the Operations Manager across Victoria and South Australia and is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who is looking to build a long-term career in the transport and logistics industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn transport operations, compliance, driver recruitment and warehouse coordination in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager (VIC/SA) with daily operational activities

• Enter and manage jobs within the Transport Management System (TMS)

• Monitor job milestones and assist in ensuring service levels are met

• Organise delivery times with customers and assist with scheduling runs for drivers

• Respond to customer service enquiries and assist with issue resolution

• Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff

• Assist with driver onboarding and compliance administration

• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation

• Prepare Excel spreadsheets and reports

• Provide general administrative support to the operations team

About You

• Previous customer service or administration experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn transport and logistics operations

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Organised with good attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Confident using Microsoft Excel and computer systems

• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments

• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
