Vending Machines Technician

About the role

Join Benleigh Vending Systems as a Vending Machine Technician. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on vending machines, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, and install new vending machines at client sites. You will attend service calls, conduct inspections, and provide excellent customer service to clients across Adelaide.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vending machines to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues with vending machines.
• Install, configure, and commission new vending machines at client sites.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Attend service calls and respond to breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts used.
• Maintain and manage your vehicle with a suitable supply of spare parts and tools required for service work.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with the office and customers regarding service requirements, machine issues, and completed work.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About you

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or electronic equipment is highly regarded.
• Ability to diagnose faults and work through problems methodically.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and a strong customer-service focus.
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Permanent working rights in Australia.
