FIVE RIVERS Is Looking For An Experienced Senior Property Manager!!

An exciting opportunity has become available for someone eager to join our Property Management Team! You will be part of a supportive office environment with opportunities for mentorship along the way.

We are seeking a candidate who can bring their Property Management skills and experience to our motivated team. Our ideal candidate maintains a professional approach to their work and is dedicated to building a long-term career in Property Management with Five Rivers Sales & Rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and take ownership of your own portfolio!

• Participate in the full spectrum of property management tasks, including ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports, and routine inspections.

• Actively identifying areas for improvement, and implementing positive changes to enhance team performance, efficiency, and overall property management operations.

• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.

About You:

• Passionate about Property Management and Customer Service.

• Hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.

• Hold a current QLD Driver’s Licence.

• Possess a can-do attitude and a strong problem-solving ability.

• Pride yourself on delivering quality and timely service.

• Always looking to grow and develop.
