Senior Property Manager - Coronis West

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Coronis West team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported by a structure designed to help you succeed. You'll have access to strong systems, a supportive team and resources that allow you to focus on delivering great service to your clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
• Oversee maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
• Provide proactive communication and high-quality service
• Work closely with your team to deliver strong client outcomes

About you

• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Previous Property Management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• PropertyMe experience preferred but not essential
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
