Reporting to the National Finance Manager and based at our Chipping Norton site, the Commercial Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of InfraBuild's Recycling business. We are seeking a critical decision support partner, connecting operations, finance and strategy to help leaders understand what is driving performance, what choices lie ahead and why those choices matter.

What you will be doing:

What you will bring:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce or similarCA/CPA qualification essential5–7 years’ post‑graduate experience in commercial or financial analysis within the manufacturing or complex operational environmentsStrong financial modelling and business case preparation skillsAbility to identify key drivers in complex business environmentsExcellent Excel skills; exposure to SAP and Power BI desirableStrong communication skills, sound judgement, tact and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with senior leaders
