About Youth Justice
Youth Justice provides community-based supervision and case management services for young people who are appearing before, or have been sentenced by, the Children's Court, Koori Court and adult criminal courts and who have been placed on Youth Justice supervised orders, including supervised bail. Youth Justice promotes the rehabilitation of young people involved in offending, with the aim of reducing crime in the community.
About the role
The Team Manager, Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support Service (EBSS) will play a critical role in supporting young people to get their lives back on track. The role is responsible for:
This role has oversight over a case support service delivered by staff working outside of usual business hours. The incumbent will be required to work flexible hours of work, particularly within the ordinary span of hours of 7am to 7pm, including an ‘on call' roster afterhours.
