Established in 1956 by a collective of local fishermen, The Blue Fin Fishing Club proudly stands as Australia's largest fishing club, with over 7,500 members. Today, our nationally renowned social hub offers a warm and inviting setting for members to enjoy quality time with family and friends.

Situated in Inala, just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD. Our venue boasts newly renovated Restaurant, Bar, Café, Gaming, kids' playground and function rooms.

Our Supervisors work closely with the Duty Manager on shift to lead, motivate and develop our front of house team. We are looking for a skilled supervisor who can share their expertise with our team to deliver exceptional customer experience.

 About the role

Reporting directly to the Functions & Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for coordinating front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional service experiences throughout our dining facilities.

This hands-on role requires a leader who is visible on the floor, committed to developing staff and focused on maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced club environment.

The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service, team leadership and contributing to the continued growth and success of the Club's food and beverage operations.

What you bring

• 1-2yrs experience supervising teams in a busy hospitality environment.

• Food Safety Knowledge.

• Natural leader with passion for the team.

• Leads by example and thrives in busy service periods.

• Builds strong, positive teams through clear communication and support.

• Eye for detail and presentation.

• Committed to helping others grow and succeed in their roles.

• Remains calm under pressure and tackles challenges with a common-sense approach.

• Genuinely enjoys providing great service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Current RSA Certificate.

• RSG Certificate is advantageous but not required.
