As our service grows, we are seeking an experienced Support Worker who views this role as more than a job — someone who understands the profound impact quality support has on a person’s independence, dignity, and life trajectory.

This position is best suited to a professional who prefers meaningful, relationship-based work over rushed shifts and rotating rosters.

The Opportunity

You will provide intentional, high-quality support to participants with varying complexities, working in partnership with families and allied professionals to create environments where people can truly thrive.

Supports may include:

• Community access and social participation

• Capacity building and skill development

• Supporting executive functioning, routines, and independence

• Personal Care

• Medication Support

• Emotional regulation support

• Transport and appointment assistance

• Light household tasks connected to participant wellbeing

• Clear, objective documentation

Essential Requirements

• Previous disability or community support experience

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• First Aid & CPR

• Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

• Strong professional references

Highly regarded:

Experience supporting psychosocial disability, autism, ADHD, or high physical support needs.
