Human Resources Administrator

The Opportunity:

We have a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our People and Culture team based in Perth's CBD.

This is a unique opportunity to develop and grow your career by receiving hands on support and development from an experienced People & Culture team.

You will play a key role within the team, using your exceptional administration experience to handle confidential employee records, provide recruitment and onboarding support, and employee life-cycle support whilst promoting our values and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1+ year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Certificate IV or above in Human Resource Management and/or Employment Relations.
• Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system and the National Employment Standards.
• Impeccable organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to attend recruitment Fairs (inc. overnight stays).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
• Ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to deal with change and shifting priorities across the team.
• Ability to escalate / report / inform issues with the team as appropriate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take on new responsibilities and opportunities as they arise.
• Willingness to support with training and development where needed.
• Previous experience administering Human Resource and Safety systems (desirable not essential).
• Experience with Workday (HRIS) (desired but not essential).
