About the Role: 

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused person looking to start or further develop their career in the strata industry. Working closely with our experienced Strata Managers, you will provide administrative and operational support across a portfolio of strata properties, helping to coordinate day-to-day activities and deliver exceptional service to clients. This role is key to maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring statutory deadlines are met.

Every day is varied. Your tasks will include: 

• Being a key point of contact for clients and delivering exceptional customer service

• Preparing and issuing meeting notices, agendas, and minutes 

• Telephone, email & communication management 

• Arranging work orders, liaising with contractors & committee members 

• Scheme key management 

• General administration and portfolio support 

As part of this role, you’ll be required to complete the Certificate IV in Strata Community Management - and we’ll be there to support you every step of the way, with study assistance and guidance to help you succeed. 

We also have great internal training in place, and access to regular industry webinars and events ensuring that you have plenty of professional development opportunities. 

The role can be based in either our Surry Hills, Parramatta or Oran Park office.

What you will need to be successful: 

• Valid certificate of registration / Cert IV in Strata Management OR a willingness to work towards and complete a Cert IV in Strata Management 

• Minimum of 1 year customer service, retail/hospitality or administration experience. 

• Experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate (advantageous but not essential)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong organisational and time management skills 

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and a commitment to quality 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Resilience in a fast-paced environment 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy 

• Permanent residency in Australia.
