Strata Manager Assistant

About the role

Kevin Green Real Estate is seeking a full-time Strata Manager Assistant to join our Strata Management team in Mandurah.

You will provide administrative and operational support to our Strata Managers, helping deliver efficient, professional service across residential and commercial strata schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in strata management within a supportive and experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes and other documentation

• Maintaining accurate records, registers and compliance documents

• Responding to enquiries from owners, residents and council members

• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors and service providers

• Assisting with levies, accounts, budgets and financial reporting

• Supporting the day-to-day administration of managed strata schemes

• Helping the team meet service standards and departmental targets

What we’re looking for

• Experience in administration or customer service, preferably in real estate, strata or property management

• Strong organisation and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• A professional, service-focused approach

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

• The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively

• An interest in learning WA strata legislation and management practices

• A current driver’s licence
