Digital Product Manager

About the role

As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital products that enhance the experience of CBUS members and employers. Working within the Digital & Member Experience team, you will help define product strategies, manage priorities and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that create value for members.
This is an exciting opportunity for a product professional who is passionate about member-centric design, digital innovation and data-driven decision making. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, optimising digital journeys and driving product outcomes that improve member engagement, satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute digital product strategies, roadmaps and enhancement initiatives aligned to member and business objectives.
• Lead product discovery activities using customer insights, analytics and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and prioritise improvements.
• Manage and refine product backlogs, supporting agile delivery, testing, releases and continuous optimisation.
• Collaborate with Design, Technology, Analytics and business teams to deliver seamless end-to-end digital experiences.
• Monitor product performance, define success metrics and drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making.

What will you bring?

• Experience in digital product management, product ownership, business analysis or a similar product-focused role.
• Strong understanding of digital products, customer journeys, UX principles and customer-centered design practices.
• Experience using data, analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions and optimise performance.
• Experience working with delivery partners to plan, build and launch new digital features.
• Exposure to agile delivery methodologies, backlog management and tools such as Jira, Confluence and analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills with a passion for delivering customer outcomes.
