Software Enginer

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and solution-oriented Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable software applications. The role involves translating technical and business requirements into high-quality software solutions while collaborating with engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional teams.Key responsibilities include:Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and services.Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code following established development standards.Develop and integrate APIs, databases, services, and third-party systems where required.Conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues, and technical problems.Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.Participate in system design, technical discussions, architecture improvements, and development planning.Monitor application performance and contribute to reliability, scalability, and security improvements.Maintain technical documentation, development standards, and system specifications.Use version control and collaborative development practices to manage source code and releases.Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, development methodologies, and industry best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and software quality.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.Familiarity with databases, SQL, RESTful APIs, web services, and software architecture concepts.Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.Understanding of testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and software quality practices.Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers, or DevOps practices is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to understand complex technical requirements and develop practical, scalable solutions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality, security, and maintainability.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
